Notwithstanding, the close relationship only the parents the spouse or the children of the deceased are entitled to bring a claim. Under a wrongful death claim you’re entitled to recover the loss of companionship, society, support and comfort that was lost as a result of the death of your loved one due to the negligence or pure stupidity of someone else.
